چکیده
كان لسياسة النظام البعثي في العراق أثر كبير ظهور وتوسع الأحزاب والحركات المعارضة للنظام ، خاصة بعد الغزو العراقي للكويت وقيام الانتفاضة الشعبانية والأساليب القمعية التي مارسها مع الشعب المعارض. كانت ضعيفة داخليا ولم تكن موحدة بل هناك اتجاهات مختلفة مما أضعف موقفها الداخل، وعلى الصعيد الدولي فضلا عن رفض لأي شكل من أشكال المعارضة، لذلك عامل الاحزاب بقسوة ووحشية، اضعفها بشكل كبير، ناهيك تدخل دور الجوار والمجتمع شؤون المعارضة.
